I. Allgemeines
1. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB sowie des EStG aufgestellt.
2. Die Bewertungsmethoden sind unverändert übernommen worden, so dass der Jahresabschluss in seiner Zusammensetzung mit dem Vorjahr vergleichbar ist.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
1. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt.
2. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Anwendung des Durchschnittsverfahrens.
3. Forderungen werden zum Nennwert jeweils unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
4. Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.
5. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.
III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz sowie zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
1. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betrugen zum Bilanzstichtag € 57.671,05.
2. Die übrigen Posten der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung bedürfen keiner weiteren Erläuterung.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
1. Zum Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr Herr Christof Draheim bestellt.
