1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.

1.1 Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ändert sich nicht gegenüber dem Vorjahr. Die Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind mit denen des Vorjahres vergleichbar. Eine Anpassung der Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung des Vorjahres zur Vergleichbarkeit mit denen des Geschäftsjahres war nicht erforderlich

1.2 Bilanzierungsmethoden

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsab-grenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit nicht gesetzlich etwas anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit den Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden.

Das Anlage- und Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital, die Schulden sowie die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und hinreichend gegliedert.

Aufwendungen für die Gründung des Unternehmens und für die Beschaffung des Eigenkapitals sowie für immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände, die nicht entgeltlich erworben wurden, wurden nicht bilanziert. Rückstellungen wurden nur im Rahmen des § 249 HGB und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten nach § 250 HGB gebildet.

1.3 Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden linear vorgenommen. Von der Bewertungsfreiheit gemäß § 6 Abs.2 EStG wird Gebrauch gemacht. Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes. Die Abschreibung wurde im Rahmen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung vorgenommen.

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorhergehenden Geschäftsjahres überein. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet. Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn, diese erst zwischen dem Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden ist. Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie bis zum Abschlussstichtag realisiert wurden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen erfolgte grundsätzlich mit dem Nennwert. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Sofern Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden nach üblicher kaufmännischer Schätzung ermittelt. Bei der Ermittlung von Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wird davon ausgegangen, dass sich Abzinsungsbeträge und künftige Kostensteigerungen wertgleich gegenüberstehen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
