Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.
Im Jahresdurchschnitt sind 15 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind ausgehend von den Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung des erkennbaren und latent vorhandenen Ausfallrisikos bewertet. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung von 1% auf den Nettoforderungsbestand Rechnung getragen.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert worden.
Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch:
