Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Component Design GmbH mit Sitz in Hamminkeln ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Duisburg unter 30564 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine Kapitalgesellschaft, die ihren Abschluss gem. § 264a Abs. 1 HGB nach den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB aufstellt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften des §§ 274a und 288 HGB wird teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können sind teilweise in der Bilanz oder Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und teilweise im Anhang gemacht.
Die Bilanz wurde nach § 266 HGB gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

B. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten.

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Finanzanlagen werden, soweit diese käuflich erworben wurden, mit den Anschaffungskosten zzgl. Anschaffungsnebenkosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert abzüglich erforderlicher Einzelwertberichtigungen bewertet. Zur Abdeckung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wird eine angemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung auf den nicht einzelwertberichtigten Netto-Forderungsbestand gebildet.

Die Bewertung des Kassenbestandes und der Guthaben bei den Kreditinstituten erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens und die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres sind im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für mögliche Prozesskosten, Rückbauverpflichtungen, Urlaubsrückstellungen sowie die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses.

D. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr sind keine nennenswerten Veränderungen zu vermerken.

E. Sonstige Angaben

Durchschnittlich waren im Unternehmen während des Geschäftsjahres 14 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Die Component Design GmbH hat ein gezeichnetes Kapital von 25.600,54 EUR.

Geschäftsführer sind Herr Oliver Reder, Pascal Krause und Daniel Hinz.
