A. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen
Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Der Jahresabschluss ist erstmalig unter Anwendung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Es bestehen dadurch keine wesentlichen Veränderungen der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Zugänge des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten linear unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Gegenstände.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Forderungen von Euro 20.380,71 und Verbindlichkeiten von Euro 25.564,59.

D. Sonstige Angaben
Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Ullrich Schmidt.
