Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der H & G DATA SERVICE GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Es erfolgte die erstmalige Aufstellung des Abschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG).

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Anschaffungskosten selbständig nutzungsfähiger, abnutzbarer, beweglicher Anlagen-gegenstände mit Einzelanschaffungskosten von bis zu Euro 410,00 werden aktiviert im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Für das allgemeine Risiko werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhalten Beträge, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten aus Pensionsverpflichtungen wurden Rückstellungen gebildet.

Der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB wird nach dem versicherungsmathematischen Teilwertverfahren ermittelt.

Die Rückstellung wurde nach den Richttafeln 2005 G von Prof. Dr. Heubeck unter Anwendung versicherungsmathematischen Grundsätze mit dem Rechnungszinssatz 5,15% p.a. und Gehaltstrend 0% p.a. ausgegangen.

Aus der geänderten Bewertung durch erstmalige Anwendung des BilMoG ist es zu einer Steigerung der Pensionsrückstellung gekommen.

Der Zuführungsbetrag wird über 15 Jahre angesammelt. Der anzusammelnde Zuführungsbetrag beträgt zum 31.12.2010 Euro 15.290,00.

Im Vorjahr erfolgte die Bewertung der Pensionsrückstellung auf der Grundlage des § 6a EStG nach versicherungsmathematischen Grundsätzen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet.

Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 9.281,19 (Vorjahr Euro 11.823,40).

Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor den Jahresfehlbetrag Euro 176,09 mit dem Gewinnvortrag von Euro 27.769,57 zu verrechnen und Euro 27.593,48 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Die nachfolgenden, zusätzlichen Angaben sind bei der Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen Lage zu beachten:

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lagezutreffend wieder.
