With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses
Die Firma Sycat IMS GmbH ist eine sogenannte kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne
des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach § 266 HGB für große- und mittelgroße Kapital-
gesellschaften. Die im HGB gewährten Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften
wurden angewandt.
Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich
der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Jahresabschluß der Firma Sycat IMS GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu
beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um plan-
mäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraus-
sichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuer-
lichen Vorschriften linear oder degressiv vorgenommen.
Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu 800,00 Euro sind im Jahr der
Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Fertig- und Halbfertigerzeugnisse lagen zum Jahresabschlussstichtag nicht vor.
Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände
sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Wertberichtigung wurden nicht vorgenommen.
Der Bilanzausweis für Rückstellungen für Pensionen und ähnliche Verpflichtungen
gem. § 266 Abs. 3 B. 1. HGB ergibt sich aus der Saldierung der Pensionsrückstellung
und der abgeschlossenen Rückdeckungsversicherung gemäß § 246 Abs. 2 HGB. Der
Bewertung liegt das Versicherungsmathematische Gutachten der Debeka
Lebensversicherung a. G. vom 8. Februar 2024 zugrunde.
Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Risiken mit Beträgen angesetzt,Bewertung liegt das Versicherungsmathematische Gutachten der Debeka
die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Der Gesamtbetrag
der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt
0,00 Euro (Vorjahr: 0,00 €).
Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unter-
nehmens durch folgende vertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer geführt:
	Herr Dipl.-Ing. Marco Idel, Hagenburg
	Herr Dipl.-Ing. Frank Schroeder, Stadthagen
Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen nur die in der Bilanz ausgewiesen Forderungen.
Weitere angabepflichtige Rechte und Pflichten gemäß § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG bestehen nicht.
