1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 ist nach geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Der Gesamtbetrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände ist innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Eigenkapital

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt Euro 27.000,--.

Der Bilanzgewinn entwickelt sich wie folgt:

Der Jahresüberschuss beträgt Euro 12.168,32. Einschließlich des zu berücksichtigenden Verlustvortrages in Höhe von Euro -8.250,32, ergibt sich ein Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von Euro 3.918,00 der auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen wird.
