Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die E-Service Techpro GmbH, Harzgerode, ist eine Körperschaft in der Rechtsform einer Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Stendal unter der Nummer HRB 28021 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) erstellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung nutzungsbedingter planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibungen ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 1, Abs. 3 HGB). Bei den beweglichen Anlagegütern erfolgt die Abschreibung linear.

Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis 800 EUR wurden aus Vereinfachungsgründen in Anlehnung an § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte inkl. unfertiger Leistungen erfolgte zu den Anschaffungskosten, soweit nicht ein niedrigerer Wert beizulegen war (§ 253 Abs. 4 HGB).

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht vorzunehmen.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB).

Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB).

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB).

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben in Höhe von 7 TEUR (i.V. 14 TEUR) eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem 1 Jahr. In Höhe von 10 TEUR (i.V. 10 TEUR) beträgt die Restlaufzeit über 5 Jahre.

Das Eigenkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt zum 31. Dezember 2023 394 TEUR (i.V. 160 TEUR). Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von 25 TEUR ist zum Bilanzstichtag in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Es wurden Gewinnausschüttungen in Höhe von 100 TEUR vorgenommen.

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten (§§ 268 Abs. 5 S. 1, 285 Nr.1 HGB) ergeben sich wie folgt:

Von den ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind keine durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verpflichtungen aus Steuern in Höhe von rund 65 TEUR (i.V. 4 TEUR).

Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne von § 251 HGB (§ 268 Abs. 7 HGB).

IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 14 (i.V. 13) Arbeitnehmer.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens geführt durch

Herrn Martin Wagner, Harzgerode.

Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt.

Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
