A. Vorbemerkung

I. Allgemeines

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft auf.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt.

Die Ausweis- und Gliederungsvorschriften wurden entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften befolgt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Anlagevermögen

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten und, soweit abnutzbar, unter Berücksichtigung planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet.

Die beweglichen Anlagegüter wurden nach Maßgabe der planmäßigen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Einzelwertberichtigungen auf Forderungen waren nicht vorzunehmen.

Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung tragen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von über 5 Jahren liegen nicht vor.

Die Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans sind die Gesellschafter

Geschäftsführer Andreas Fischer ( Betriebswirt) und Markus Huber

( Datenverarbeitungskaufmann).

Ergebnisverwendung

Die Gesellschafter schlagen der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
