ANHANG

Handelsrechtliche Grundlagen

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine GmbH im Sinne des § 267 (1) HGB.
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde unter Beachtung des § 264 (2) HGB erstellt.
Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde gemäß § 264 (1), Satz 4 HGB verzichtet.
Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der § 266 (1) HGB und 276 HGB wurde nicht Gebrauch gemacht.
Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB wurden teilweise beansprucht.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Aktiva

Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen bewertet.

Von der Bewertungsfreiheit für Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter gem. § 6(2) EStG wurde im Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 Gebrauch gemacht

Die teilfertigen Arbeiten sind zu Herstellungskosten ohne anteilige Verwaltungs- und Sozialkosten bewertet.

Der Inventurwert wurde durch körperliche Bestandsaufnahme festgestellt und zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Passiva

Bei der Bemessung der sonstigen Rückstellungen sind alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt worden.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Pensionszusagen waren keine gegeben.

Angaben zu den Forderungen

Es bestanden keine Forderungen mit Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Angaben zu den Verbindlichkeiten

Das Darlehen des Gesellschafters Hermann Weiler mit einer Restlaufzeit von voraussichtlich mehr als 5 Jahr beträgt 167.184,03 € und ist mit 1% verzinst.

Alleiniger Geschäftsführer zum 31.12.2023 ist Herr Hermann Weiler,
Kaufmann in Hassloch.

Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
