Anhang 31.12.2011

Der Jahresabschluss der Fa. SIMSYSTEM GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten

Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

- Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

- Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerrechtlicher Vorschriften vorgenommen.

- Für die angeschafften beweglichen Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens von € 150,00 bis € 1.000,00 wurde die Abschreibung gem. § 6 EStG Abs. 2a in Anspruch genommen.

- Die Vorräte wurden unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten sowie unter Beachtung steuerrechtlicher Vorschriften gem. § 6 EStG bewertet.

- Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

- Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

- Rückstellungen wurden in der Höhe des Betrages vorgenommen, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde i.S. des § 328 Abs. 1 Ziff. 1 Satz 2 HGB durch den Beschluss der Gesellschafterversammlung im Dezember 2012 ordnungsgemäß festgestellt.

Im Übrigen wurden die allgemeinen Bewertungsgrundsätze gem. § 252 HGB beachtet.
