Vorbemerkungen

Der Jahresabschluss der Itside GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften in §§ 242 ff HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften in §§ 264 ff HGB erstellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Von der Möglichkeit, Berichtspflichten im Anhang anstatt in der Bilanz /Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zu erfüllen, wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Dabei wurde die lineare Methode angewandt.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte auf Basis der Einstandspreise bzw. der Herstellungskosten. Das Niederstwertprinzip (verlustfreie Bewertung) wurde beachtet.

Die Forderungen, liquiden Mittel und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalwert aktiviert unter Berücksichtigung pauschaler Wertberichtigungen bei den Lieferungsforderungen.

Die Rückstellungsbeträge beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag anzusetzen sind.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Jahre 2023 ist aus dem Anlagegitter auf Blatt 4 ersichtlich.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögens-gegenstände haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten Beträge für rückständigen Urlaub, Aufbewahrungspflichten, sowie Jahresabschlusskosten.

Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Es wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt.

Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr sind keine außerordentlichen Erträge und außerordentlichen Aufwendungen im Sinne von § 275 Abs. 2 Nr. 15 und Nr. 16 HGB angefallen.

Der Jahresüberschuss beträgt TEUR 46.

Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2023

Die Gesellschafter der Firma Itside GmbH, Herr Dieter Rensberg, Herr Kevin Rensberg und Herr David Knüwer, halten unter Verzicht auf alle durch Gesetz und Satzung bestimmten Formen und Fristen eine Gesellschafterversammlung ab und beschließen folgendes:

1. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 endend mit einer Bilanzsumme in Höhe von EUR 343.942,04 und mit einem Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 46.108,55 wird festgestellt.

2. Den Geschäftsführern wird für ihre Tätigkeit im Geschäftsjahr 2023 Entlastung erteilt.

3. Es wird beschlossen, den Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EUR 122.741,64 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
