Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2019/2020

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Anhang wurde von der Geschäftsführung des Unternehmens aufgestellt . Der Jahresabschluss der ASAPCOM GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs in der Form des Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbHG zu beachten. Die nachfolgend zitierten Paragraphen beziehen sich, wenn nichts anderes angegeben ist, auf Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches.

2. Sonstiges

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, sind im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

B. Gliederung (§ 265 Abs. 1 S. 2)

Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach den §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2.

C. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die zum Bilanzstichtag noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern gem. § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

In dem Posten "Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 54.930,62 enthalten.

3. Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten gemäß § 251 HGB

Neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten sind die folgenden Haftungsverhältnisse zu vermerken:

Der Gesamtbetrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen beläuft sich auf Euro 206.181,45 .

1. Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 11.
