I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die SIT GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hemer. Sie wird im Amtsgericht Iserlohn unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 2686 geführt.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Die Auswirkungen der Cyberkrise wurden bei der Bewertung der einzelnen Positionen berücksichtigt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen und die erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, entsprechend ihrer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der linearen Methode vermindert.

Entsprechend dem Wahlrecht in § 6 Abs. 2 EStG werden abnutzbare bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens, deren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten netto € 800 nicht übersteigen, im Anschaffungsjahr voll abgesetzt.

Die unter den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Anteile sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag bilanziert. Dem allgemeinen Kredit- und Ausfallrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Aufgrund der Cyberkrise konnte die SIT GmbH diverse Leistungen, die Anfang des Jahres in Jahresrechnungen fakturiert wurden, nicht erbringen. Die offenen Forderungen wurden entsprechend einzeln berichtigt.

Die übrigen Gegenstände des Umlaufvermögens wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt abzüglich entsprechender Absetzungen für erkennbare Wertminderungen unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips.

Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Zum Bilanzstichtag wurden die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern mit den Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter saldiert ausgewiesen.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen folgende Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten:

Diese wurden saldiert und im Berichtsjahr auf der Aktivseite ausgewiesen.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

V. Sonstige Angaben

1. Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres 2022 beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 75.

2. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Im Berichtsjahr wurden keine neuen Leasingverträge abgeschlossen.

Insgesamt belaufen sich die langfristigen Verpflichtungen aus allen Leasingverträgen auf TEUR 4,1. Der letzte Vertrag endet im März 2024.
