Anhang

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wird gemäß den §§ 242 ff., 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine „kleine Kapitalgesellschaft“ i.S.v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

a) Umlaufvermögen
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die Bewertung der flüssigen Mittel erfolgt zum Nennwert.

b) Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.
Unverzinste Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

c) sonstiges
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Vergleich zum Vorjahr beibehalten. Die Posten der Bilanz sind mit den Vorjahreswerten vergleichbar.

2. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Restlaufzeitvermerke bezüglich Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sowie die Angaben hinsichtlich eines Gewinn-/Verlustvortrages erfolgen in der Bilanz unter den jeweiligen Bilanzposten.

3. Sonstige Angaben

a) Haftungsverhältnisse und Eventualverbindlichkeiten

Die Gesellschaft hat folgende Sicherheiten für fremde Verbindlichkeiten bestellt:

•	Bürgschaften in Höhe von EUR 15.000,00, davon gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen EUR 15.000,00.

b) Geschäftsführung

Zur Geschäftsleitung gehört:

c) Beteiligungsausfstellung

Es wird von der Schutzklausel gem. § 286 Abs. 3 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

d) Sonstiges
