I. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Die GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Bilanz zum 30. Juni 2011 und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung für die Zeit vom 1. Juli 2010 bis 30. Juni 2011 wurden nach den Gliederungsschemata für große Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Für den Anhang 2010 / 2011 nimmt die Gesellschaft die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 Satz 1 HGB in Anspruch.

2. Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennbetrag bilanziert. Das Körperschaftsteuerguthaben gem. § 37 KStG wurde zum Barwert angesetzt.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Von den Forderungen gegen Unternehmen mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht und den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind TEUR 35,8 mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr, TEUR 0,5 mit einer Restlaufzeit zwischen einem und fünf Jahren und TEUR 0,2 mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren fällig.

III. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss 2010 / 2011 wird aufgrund des Vorschlags der Geschäftsführung unter Einbeziehung des Gewinnvortrags als Bilanzgewinn auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

IV. sonstige Angaben

1. Die Gesellschaft ist die alleinige Komplementärin der BITS + BYTES COMPUTER Berghäuser + Tielmann GmbH & Co. KG, Bischoffen, ohne Einlage und mit einer Darlehensforderung von TEUR 36,5.

2. Einzelvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr 2010 / 2011

3. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen nach § 251 HGB lagen nicht vor.
