Anhang

I. Allgemeines
Die Elberfeld Spedition GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in Herdecke und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hagen (5483).
Der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgsetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG).
Nach den in § 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.
II. Bilanzierung und Bewertung
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten im Sinne des § 255 Abs. 1 HGB abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen angesetzt (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 1 u. Abs. 3 HGB). Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.
Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten im Sinne des § 255 Abs. 1 HGB abzüglich außerplanmäßiger Abschreibungen angesetzt (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 1 u. Abs. 3 HGB).
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden berücksichtigt.
Die flüssigen Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB).
Das Stammkapital ist lt. Gesellschaftsvertrag ausgewiesen. Es ist mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet.
Der Bilanzgewinn entspricht dem Beschluss der Gesellschafterversammlung, das Jahresergebnis 2022 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB).
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet (§ 253 Abs. 1 S 2 HGB).
Die von uns vorgenommenen Bewertungen entsprechen demnach den allgemeinen Bewertungsgrundsätzen des § 252 HGB.
III. Sonstige Angaben
1. Haftungsverhältnisse
Weitere Haftungsverhältnisse, außer aus den Pensionsverpflichtung, bestehen nicht.
2. Geschäftsführer
Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 von den Herren Reiner, Carsten und Jörn Elberfeld mit Einzelvetretungsberechtigung durchgeführt.
