Die Gesellschaft ist im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Eine Prüfung erfolgte gemäß § 316 Abs. 1 nicht.
In Verbindung mit § 264 I Satz 3 braucht die kleine Kapitalgesellschaft keinen Lagebericht
aufzustellen. Die Geschäftsführung sieht deshalb davon ab einen Lagebericht aufzustellen.

Anwendung des Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetzes

Der Jahresabschluss der DIBO Systems GmbH, Herne zum 31.12.2020 ist nach den Vorschriften des BilMOG vom 29.05.2009 aufgestellt worden.

Die Wertansätze der Schlussbilanz zum 31.12.2019 sind übernommen worden.
Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist gesondert dargestellt.
Bei der Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt worden.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, bilanziert.

Forderungen werden zu Nennwerten bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Die Abschreibungen des laufenden Geschäftsjahres betreffen ausschließlich Gegenstände der Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung und des Fuhrparks.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen

Hier werden ausschließlich voll realisierbare Forderungen ausgewiesen.

Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das Stammkapital beträgt: T€ 26.

Verbindlichkeiten

- aus erhaltenen Anzahlungen: 0,00 €
- aus Lieferungen und Leistungen: 3,00 €
