ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2024

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sind unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips bewertet. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Abschreibungsmethoden berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden im Einzelnen im Zusammenhang mit den Positionen der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erläutert.

II. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

1. Anlagevermögen

Im Einzelnen ist zu den Posten des Anlagevermögens folgendes anzumerken:

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um nutzungsbedingte, planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Vermögensgegenstände des beweglichen Sachanlagevermögens werden linear abgeschrieben.

Die Abschreibungen erfolgen pro rata temporis.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben ausnahmslos Restlaufzeiten von weniger als einem Jahr.

3. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet im Geschäftsjahr gezahlte Beträge, die das Folgejahr betreffen.

4. Eigenkapital

4.1 Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft ist voll eingezahlt.

5. Rückstellungen

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen in angemessenem Umfang alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind jeweils mit ihren nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
