Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der COMPRA IT-Services GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

Besonderheiten der Form des Jahresabschlusses

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Abschreibung auf Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert

Der entgeltlich erworbene Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert wurde aktiviert. Als betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer werden 15 Jahre festgelegt.

Angabe zu Forderungen

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).

Angabe zu Verbindlichkeiten

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 14.573,66 (Vorjahr: Euro 24.725,23).

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).

Gewinnvortrag

Das Jahresergebnis beträgt Euro 22.147,29. Es soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden.
