Besonderheiten der Form des Jahresabschlusses

Allgemeines

Die Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen des HGB gegliedert. Ergänzend wurden die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Die Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den bisher angewandten Grundsätzen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

AKTIVA

Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich aufgelaufender Abschreibung bewertet.

Die Anschaffungskosten sind durch Lieferantenrechnungen nachgewiesen. Abschreibungen werden planmäßig nach der linearen Methode über die wirtschaftliche Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennbetrag bilanziert.

PASSIVA

Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt, es wurde der Grundsatz der vernünftigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung beachtet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

(Vorjahr: 175.427,06 €)

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern von T€ 169.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Stefan Giesen, Hildesheim.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, das Jahresergebnis auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
