Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren.Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und bei der Offenlegung
(§§ 288, 326 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Eine Einbeziehung von Zinsen für Fremdkapital in die Herstellungskosten von Vermögensgegenständen fand nicht statt.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert bis 800,00 Euro wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Das Umlaufvermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und sofern ein entsprechender Sachverhalt vorlag, auf den niedrigeren Börsen- und Marktpreis am Abschlussstichtag abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Alle erkennbaren Risiken wurden berücksichtigt. Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Schätzung ermittelt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Es wurden keine Bewertungseinheiten gebildet.

Es wurde kein Sonderposten mit Rücklageanteil passiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr: 0,00 Euro).

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind beträgt 10.147,33 Euro (Vorjahr: 44.507,93 Euro). Diese Verbindlichkeiten sind durch Kraftfahrzeuge besichert.
Die Forderungen gegenüber den Gesellschaftern betragen insgesamt 721.653,51 €(Vorjahr 671.139,80 €).
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen 10.000,00 €(Vorjahr 10.000,00 €).

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 9 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Davon 1 Geschäftsführer.
Davon 5 gewerbliche Arbeitnehmer.
Davon 3 kaufmännische Arbeitnehmer.

Kredite gemäß § 285 Nr. 9 Buchst.c HGB an den Geschäftsführer betragen im Geschäftsjahr 677.436,09 €(Vorjahr 628.000,85 €). Diese werden im Form eines Verrechnungskontos geführt. Die Rückzahlung ist variabel. Die Zinssätze betragen 2,5 % bis 6 % pro Jahr. Durch Zuwachs und Zinsen hat sich der Betrag im Geschäftsjahr um 49.435,24 € erhöht. Diese Verbindlichkeiten sind in der Angabe "Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern" bereits enthalten.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Am Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des
§ 251 HGB.
