ZUR BILANZ UND GEWINN - UND VERLUST-
RECHNUNG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2015

BILANZIERUNG UND BEWERTUNG

Das Sach-/Finanzanlagevermögen sowie immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter wurden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Das in den Forderungen enthaltene Darlehen gegenüber der Renewable Energy Projects Manangement Ltd. wurde wegen Uneinbringlichkeit abgeschrieben. Der Ausweis erfolgt in der GuV unter "Abschreibungen auf Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens, soweit diese die in der Kapitalgesellschaft üblichen Abschreibungen überschreiten".

Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.
