1. Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2012 wurde unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267a HGB auf.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des § 266 HGB.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt worden.

Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zu Erfüllungsbeträgen, die mit den Nennbeträgen identisch waren.
