ANHANG 01.01.-31.12.2011

1.Anwendung des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr v. 01.01.-31.12.2011 ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 264 ff HGB) aufgestellt worden.

Die Gesellschaft gilt als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 Abs.1 HGB.

Soweit im Berichtsjahr hinsichtlich der im Vorjahr von den Gliederungsvorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG abweichenden Positionen der Bilanz- und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Veränderungen vorgenommen wurden, wurde dem Prinzip der Darstellungsstetigkeit ( § 265 Abs.1 HGB) durch Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen entsprochen.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um die steuerlich zulässigen Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden gemäß § 6 Absatz 2a EStG ab Jahr des Zuganges linear auf fünf Jahre abgeschrieben.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögengegenstände werden zum Nennwert und unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden allen erkennbaren Risikien angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Erläuterungen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Kosten für die Erstellung und Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses sowie für die Erstellung der Steuererklärungen.
