Allgemeine Pflichtangaben

Die Firma Pullig Computersysteme GmbH & Co. KG hat ihren Sitz in Idar-Oberstein, die Eintragung im Registergericht Bad Kreuznach ist erfolgt unter HRA Nr. 11768.

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Pullig Computersysteme GmbH & Co. KG wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Von den Erleichterungen gem. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung für das Wirtschaftsjahr erfolgte gem. §267 Abs. 1 HGB nach den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung wurde unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens gem. §275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Die Regelungen des BILRUG wurden erstmals für das Kalenderjahr 2016 angewandt.

Bilanzierungs-und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die beweglichen Anlagegüter wurden linear entsprechend der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Angaben

Die Pullig Computersysteme GmbH & Co. KG beschäftigt 15 Arbeitnehmer.
