Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Global Communication Services GmbH wurde auf Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten

- Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten

- Ausleihungen zum Nennwert

- unverzinsliche und niedrig verzinsliche Ausleihungen zum Barwert

- sonstige Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Übernahme der Restbuchwerte statt historischer Anschaffungskosten

Als ursprüngliche Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten sind die Buchwerte aus dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 übernommen und fortgeführt worden.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und Sicherungsrechte

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt EUR 87.500,00.

Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Global Communication Services GmbH wurde auf der Gesellschafterversammlung am 27.11.2024 mit einer Bilanzsumme von EUR 1.236.275,43 festgestellt und gebilligt.

Der Geschäftsführung wurde Entlastung erteilt.

Beschluss über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses

In der Gesellschafterversammlung vom 27.11.2024 wurde der Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung zur Ergebnisverwendung angenommen.

Beschluss: Der Jahresüberschuss wird vorgetragen.
