Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.
Für Domains wurde keine Abschreibung vorgenommen.
Die sonstigen Rechte und Werte werden linear mit einer Restlaufzeit von 5 - 15 Jahren abgeschrieben.
Sachanlagen
Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.
Die Abschreibungen werden über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.
Die Abschreibung auf Zugänge erfolgt linear p.r.t.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 wurden bei Zugang im Berichtsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
Umlaufvermögen
Vorräte
Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebskosten sind grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten zzgl. Anschaffungsnebenkosten bewertet.
Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen
Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen in Höhe von EUR 303.227,96.
Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.
Passiva
Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen sämtliche erkennbaren Risiken für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Beinhaltet sind im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für noch nicht eingelöste Gutscheinkarten.
Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
