1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gliederungen der Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2012 erfolgten analog den in § 266 HGB bzw. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB vorgeschriebenen Gliederungsschemata für Kapitalgesellschaften (264a HGB).

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte erstmalig unter Anwendung der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG). Die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen wurden aufgrund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Die Gesellschaft entspricht derjenigen einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB.
Von den eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs gem. § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

2.1 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss der L4 Design Limited wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Anlass zur Bildung von Wertberichtigungen bestand nicht.

Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde mit dem Betrag angesetzt, der Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellt.

Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
