1. Allgemeines; Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die U! Ventures GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Iserlohn und ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Iserlohn in Abteilung B unter der Nr. 10491 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für bestimmte Personenhandelsgesellschaften (§§ 264 - 288 HGB) aufgestellt. Die Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 und 275 HGB wurden beibehalten. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde wie im Vorjahr das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger, linearer Abschreibungen ausgewiesen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, soweit abnutzbar, bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden linear vorgenommen. Die Abschreibungssätze und die Nutzungsdauern richten sich nach den von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten allgemeinen AfA-Tabellen. Die Regelungen des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurden angewendet.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten oder mit einem niedrigeren Wert, der ihnen am Abschlussstichtag beizulegen ist, bewertet.

Die unter dem Posten Vorräte ausgewiesenen unfertigen Leistungen wurden retrograd bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen .

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegen verbundene Unternehmen enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 1.614.555,27 EUR).

4. Sonstige Angaben

4.1 Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen in Höhe von 39 TEUR ergeben sich aus einem Mietvertrag (Laufzeit unbegrenzt).

4.2 Angaben zu Mitarbeitern

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden durchschnittlich 8 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
