Anhang

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der ILOGICS Informatik Service GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten größer 150,00 Euro bis 1.000,00 Euro werden über einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Liquide Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Von den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen 5.969,92 Euro (Vj. 5.419,68 Euro) gegenüber Gesellschaftern.

4. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag
