I.
Allgemeine Angaben zur Bewertung und Bilanzierung

1.
Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden nach den Bestimmungen des HGB gegliedert.

Sofern es der Übersichtlichkeit diente, wurden bei Wahlrechten die Angaben im Anhang gemacht. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften bezüglich der Angabepflicht im Anhang wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Bewertung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Die Forderungen und Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

4.
Die Wertpapiere sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt, bei voraussichtlich dauerhafter oder vorübergehender Wertminderung werden sie auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert abgeschrieben.

5.
Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen.

6.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Erläuterungen und Angaben zu einzelnen Positionen des Jahresabschlusses

Forderungen

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände in Höhe von 1.186.502 € (Vorjahr: 1.013.020 €) haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Eine Wertberichtigung war nicht erforderlich.

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von 0 € (0 €).

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 1.101.955 € (Vorjahr 1.337.366 €) haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse für fremde Verbindlichkeiten bestehen nicht.

10.
Im Jahr 2023 waren durchschnittlich 8 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
