A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 ist nach geltenden Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach § 267a HGB ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurden nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften vorgenommen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrag angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung des in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Anlagevermögens ist in dem beigefügten Anlagespiegel dargestellt.

Umlaufvermögen

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten in Höhe von T€ 35 Forderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschaftergeschäftsführer (Fälligkeit 1-5 Jahre).

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten Buchführungs- und Jahresabschlusskosten sowie die Kosten der Aufbewahrung von Geschäftsunterlagen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe von T€ 13 innerhalb eines Jahres und in Höhe von T€ 13 innerhalb von fünf Jahren zur Zahlung fällig.
