Allgemeines

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Sie hat ihre Bilanz nach dem Gliederungsschema des § 266 HGB aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht dem Gesamtkostenverfahren des § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die übrigen Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Nennwert bzw. Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert.
