1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die TowerConsult GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Jena. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Jena unter HRB 209818 eingetragen.

2. Angaben und Erläuterungen der Form und der Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Für eine klare und übersichtliche Darstellung von allen geforderten Informationen war der Platz in der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nicht ausreichend. Aus diesem Grund und um dem Grundsatz der Übersichtlichkeit und Klarheit gemäß § 243 HGB zu entsprechen, wurden die Ausweiswahlrechte im Anhang dargestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 ist nach dem HGB erstellt. Die nach dem HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften verbindlich vorgeschriebenen Gliederungsvorschriften der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden berücksichtigt.

3. Angabe der angewandten Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

- Das Anlagevermögen ist mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.

- Das Umlaufvermögen ist mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung aller Risiken bewertet.

- Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten ist mit dem zeitanteiligen, die bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag betreffenden Betrag angesetzt.

- Die Rückstellungen sind mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Beträgen bewertet.

- Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Als angestellter Geschäftsführer war

- Herr Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur Reinhard Hoffmann, Jena,

bestellt.

4.2. Angaben der Gesamtbezüge des Geschäftsführes

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
