Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.d.F. des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahresbeträge wurde nicht vorgenommen.

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen.
Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenständfe werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 78.130,23 Euro (Vorjahr 76.688,23 Euro). Euro).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 13.041,17 Euro (Vorjahr 18.972.32 Euro).

C. Sonstige

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Frau Karla Lenz-Lang geführt. Außer den Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
