zum Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011

A. Vorbemerkung
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften unter Beachtung ergänzender Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und über die in Anlehnung an die steuerlichen Vorschriften ermittelten voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauern abgeschrieben.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis EUR 410,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. In den Vorjahren wurden bei Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten zwischen EUR 150,00 und EUR 1.000,00 die Wirtschaftsgüter in Anlehnung an § 6 Abs. 2 a EStG (sog. Sammelposten) über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben. Abgänge werden erst nach Ablauf des Abschreibungszeitraums erfasst.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Liquide Mittel werden mit ihren Nennwerten angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Es beträgt € 25.000,00.

Durch die Bildung von Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgt zu den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Beträgen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Verbindlichkeiten sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter in Höhe von € 379,17 enthalten.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im Wesentlichen den Personalbereich sowie die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses.
