ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB in der Rechtsform der GmbH hat die falksson GmbH bei ihrer Rechnungslegung neben den Vorschriften für alle Kaufleute (§§ 238 ff. HGB) auch die für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) und § 42 GmbHG zu beachten.

Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Jüchen, die Eintragung im Handelsregister erfolgte beim Amtsgericht Mönchengladbach unter der Nummer HRB 14200.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert, soweit ihre Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden auf Grundlage der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde auf Basis der AfA-Tabellen der Finanzverwaltung geschätzt, wobei jeweils von der kürzest möglichen Nutzungsdauer ausgegangen wurde.

Soweit dem tatsächlichen Werteverzehr entsprechend, wurde von der Möglichkeit degressiver Abschreibung Gebrauch gemacht. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte.

Die im Geschäftsjahr zugegangenen geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 wurden voll abgeschrieben, wobei gleichzeitig unterstellt wurde, dass im Jahr des Zugangs auch der Abgang erfolgte.

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe und Waren wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips mit dem niedrigeren am Abschluss-stichtag beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind Einzelrisiken durch Einzelwertberichtigungen, das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Der Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiv abgegrenzt.

Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten wurden entsprechende Rückstellungen gebildet. Rückstellungen wurden für zum Bilanzstichtag dem Grunde oder der Höhe nach nicht sicher bestimmbare Verpflichtungen gebildet.
Die Bewertung erfolgte mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen oder Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern i.H.v. EUR 6.964,20.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 5 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr war Herr Arnd Barnbeck, Köln.
