Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Die folz. communication & networks GmbH mit Sitz in Kaiserslautern ist am Amtsgericht Kaiserslautern unter dem Register HR B 3022 eingetragen.

I. ANWENDUNG DER VORSCHRIFTEN DES HANDELSGESETZBUCHES UND DES GMBH-GESETZES

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff. HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE

Die Immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten zuzüglich Nebenkosten und vermindert um die zulässigen Abschreibungen, unter Berücksichtigung der nach Einschätzung der Geschäftsleitung sowie der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten Nutzungsdauern, angesetzt. Bei Zugängen erfolgt die Abschreibung zeitanteilig.

Die Vorräte der Gesellschaft wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet, sofern nicht ein niedrigerer Wert beizulegen war.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert und -sofern erforderlich- vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet abgegrenzte Zahlungen für Aufwendungen des Folgejahres bzw. der Folgejahre.
Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die Rückstellungsbildung wurde in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

Das gezeichnete Kapital von DM 50.000,00 ist voll einbezahlt. Eine Umstellung auf Euro ist nicht erfolgt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im wesentlichen Aufwendungen für Urlaub, Jahresabschluss- Gewährleistungs- und Aufbewahrungskosten sowie Rückstellungen für nachfolgende Rechnungen.

Die Fristigkeit der Verbindlichkeiten beläuft sich auf bis zu einem Jahr.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber von Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 79.172,26 (VJ Euro 83.719,04).

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen (Miet-, Leasing-Verhältnisse) bestehen in Höhe von T-Euro 64 p.a..

IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden, neben den Geschäftsführer, 5 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2023 war

Hinsichtlich der Angabe der Gesamtbezüge der Geschäftsführung wird von der Schutzklausel gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.
