Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Form und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss für das Kalenderjahr 2022 wurde unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) und nach dem Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) erstellt.
Die Gesamtdarstellung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Umrechnungsmethoden

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs-und Umrechnungsmethoden, die für alle Kaufleute, als auch die Methoden, die speziell für Kapitalgesellschaften gelten berücksichtigt. Insbesondere wurden die allgemeine Bewertungsgrundsätze der Fortführung der Unternehmertätigkeit, der Einzelbewertung, der Vorsicht, der periodengerechten Zuordnung von Aufwendungen und Erträgen und der Bewertungsstetigkeit beachtet.
Von den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres wurde nicht abgewichen.

Buchführung und Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde im Berichtsjahr über das System der Datev e.G., Nürnberg erstellt. Der Kontenrahmen ist dem DATEV-Kontenrahmen SKR 04 entnommen.
Die Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten wurden durch Saldenlisten belegt Der Nachweis der übrigen Vermögens- und Schuldposten erfolgte durch Belege und
sonstige Unterlagen.

Prüfungsvermerk zur Ordungsmäßigkeit des DATEV-Programms "Kanzlei-REWE Pro"

Vorliegender Jahresabschluss wurde mit Hilfe des DATEV-Buchführungs- und Jahresabschlussprogramms Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen pro für Windows erstellt.
Die Ordnungsmäßigkeit des DATEV-Buchführungs- und Jahresabschlussprogramms Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen pro für Windows wurde zuletzt durch Einzelsystemprüfung der Ernst & Young Deutsche Treuhand AG, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Nürnberg, am 28.02.2023 bestätigt. Eine sachgemäße Anwendung des geprüften Systems lag vor.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die
Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Geschäftsführer
Felix Zschuppan
geführt.
