A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen und zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

1. Registerdaten zum Unternehmen, Gliederung, Vorjahresbeträge

Der Jahresabschluss der get it live GmbH, Karben (Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main, HRB 123805) wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB), des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB).

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten bilanziert.
Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt.
Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Soweit erforderlich wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.
Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.
Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Sonstige Rückstellungen werden i. H. des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Geschäftsvorfälle in fremder Währung werden zum jeweiligen Tageskurs eingebucht. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung, deren Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr beträgt, werden mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. In anderen Fällen werden eventuelle Kursverluste am Bilanzstichtag berücksichtigt.
B. Weitere Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von TEUR 1 enthalten.

1. Anzahl der Mitarbeiter

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 10 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

2. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen keine signifikanten sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen nach § 285 Nr. 3a HGB.
