A Allgemeine Informationen

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewandt.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 Satz 1 und § 274a Nr. HGB wurde grundsätzlich Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gesellschaft wurde am 04.09.2002 gegründet. Die letzte Handelsregistereintragung erfolgte am 16.05.2012 unter HRB 198759 beim Amtsgericht München.

B Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet worden.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Die liquiden Mittel sind mit ihrem Nominalwert bewertet worden.

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000 EUR und ist voll einbezahlt.

Die Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe gebildet, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig scheint.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen.
