I. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Angabe der auf die Posten der Bilanz angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft hat die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gem. § 264 a HGB beachtet. Nach den Größenmerkmalen des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB ist unsere Gesellschaft im Hinblick auf die Rechnungs-, Prüfungs- und Offenlegungsvorschriften eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Sachanlagen sind grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen auf bewegliche Anlagegegenstände erfolgen nach zulässigen Höchstsätzen linear. Geringwertige Anlagegüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt bei den Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen nach den letzten Einstandspreisen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem vorsichtig geschätzten Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

II. Angaben zur Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Alle Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr

2. Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen entfallen insbesondere auf Urlaubsansprüche, Rückstellungen für Jahresabschlusskosten und Steuern vom Ertrag

3. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten sind durch Grundschulden, Bürgschaften sowie Sicherungsübereignungen diverser Anlagegegenstände gesichert.

4. Der Gewinn wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
