Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011

Anwendung des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes

Der Jahresabschluß, der Anhang und der Lagebericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 wurden nach den Vorschriften des § 264 ff HGB aufgestellt.

Die Vergleichszahlen des Vorjahres bzw. der Eröffnungsbilanz wurden nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes in ihrer Gliederung entsprechend angepaßt.
Dabei bleiben die Wertansätze in der Bilanz des Vorjahres bzw. der Eröffnungsbilanz unverändert.

Die Gesellschaft gilt als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und macht gem. § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB von dem Recht Gebrauch , eine verkürzte Bilanz dem Handelsregister einzureichen.
Gem. § 326 Satz 1 HGB wird dem Handelsregister keine Gewinn- und
Verlustrechnung eingereicht.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die angewendeten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze waren gegenüber dem Vorjahr bzw. der Eröffnungsbilanz unverändert.

Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen oder sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennbetrag ausgewiesen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen in angemessenem Umfang alle noch ausgewiesenen Verpflichtungen und Risiken.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
