Tz. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1 Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige und außerplanmäßige, steuerrechtlich zulässige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Bei der Ermittlung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen kam die lineare sowie die degressive Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Die Abschreibungsdauer wurde jeweils unter Zugrundelegung der amtlichen AfA-Tabellen geschätzt.

2 Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben, wobei aus Vereinfachungsgründen im Jahr des Zugangs ein Abgang unterstellt wurde.

3 Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden ausgehend von den Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

4 Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

5 Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen i.H.v. 125.000,00 EUR.

Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung6 Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag verringern den Fehlbetrag der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit mit 6.239,87 € = 16,94 v.H..

7 Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren während des Wirtschaftsjahres 2023 bestellt:
