Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss der arintec GmbH in Kelheim ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung aufgestellt.
Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer und entsprechen den steuerlichen Abschreibungen. Die Normalabschreibungen wurden in Form von linearen Abschreibungen vorgenommen. Im Jahr der Anschaffung der Anlagegüter wird die Abschreibung zeitanteilig berücksichtigt. Die für die Abschreibung geltende Nutzungsdauer wird in Anlehnung an die von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten AfA-Tabellen gewählt. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 250,00 werden ohne gesonderte Erfassung als Aufwand berücksichtigt. Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten über EUR 250,00 bis EUR 800,00 werden sofort abgeschrieben und als Abgang ausgewiesen.
Die Vorräte sind mit den Anschaffungskosten einschließlich der Anschaffungsnebenkosten bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.
Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Eine Pauschalwertberichtigung aufgrund des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos war nicht notwendig.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Die Abschreibungen auf Sachanlagen wurden in Höhe von EUR 6.528,56 (Vorjahr TEUR 8) vorgenommen.
Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind - wie im Vorjahr - innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von EUR -,-- (Vorjahr TEUR 0).
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen - wie im Vorjahr - nicht.
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr TEUR 0).
Zum Bilanzstichtag sind Kredite an Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung in Höhe von EUR -,-- (Vorjahr TEUR 0) ausgewiesen. Die Kredite werden mit einem Zinssatz von 5,00% p. a. verzinst.
