Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des Handelsgesetzbuches. Die Aufstellungserleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden in Anspruch genommen.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten.
Die Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Gliederungsgrundsätze wurden unverändert beibehalten.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Für die Berechnung der Abschreibung wurde eine betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer von 3 bis 15 Jahren angesetzt.
Für abnutzbare bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter mit einem Einzelanschaffungspreis von EUR 250,00 bis EUR 800,00 wurde die Poolabschreibung gewählt.
Forderungen werden mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt.
Bei den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden die Nominalwerte angesetzt. Abwertungen auf einen niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert sind nicht erforderlich.
Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu den Nominalwerten angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken in der Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Alle Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.
Die Rückstellungen betreffen überwiegend personalabhängige Rückstellungen, ausstehende Beiträge und ausstehende Dienstleistungen.
Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 1.394.199,83 mit einer Restlaufzeit von länger als einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 240.397,90 haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB bestehen nicht.
Im Jahr 2023 beschäftigte die Gesellschaft durchschnittlich 24,5 Arbeitnehmer.
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Verlustvortrag in Höhe von EUR 341.191,54 in das neue Jahr vorzutragen.
Die Gesellschaft ist zum Bilanzstichtag bilanziell überschuldet. Aufgrund einer positiven Cash-Flow-Planung ist die Liquidität nach § 17 InsO nachhaltig gesichert. Eine Überschuldung nach § 19 InsO ist nicht gegeben aufgrund der Rangrücktrittsvereinbarung vom 13. Dezember 2024 der I-SEC International Security B.V. für Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft in Höhe von EUR 1.390.000,00.
