Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und unter zusätzlicher Beachtung der steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen.

Sachanlagen sind mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer bewertet. Dabei kam grundsätzlich die lineare Methode zur Anwendung.

Forderungen

Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte grundsätzlich mit dem Nennwert und sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet und haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr:

Der Leistungsverkehr mit dem Gesellschafter Herrn Andre Kettner wurde über ein Verrechnungskonto erfasst. Dieses Verrechnungskonto wird mit 0% jährlich verzinst.
