für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde in Anlehnung an die handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die materiellen Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet und - soweit abnutzbar - planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Bei der Bemessung der Abschreibung wurde auf die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgestellt. Dabei kam ausschließlich die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung.

Die Bewertung der Forderung erfolgte grundsätzlich in Höhe des Nennwertes.

Die Rückstellungen wurden mit den Beträgen angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen betragen Euro 8.547,00 (Vorjahr Euro 8.547,00).

III. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft wurde am 12.09.2017 errichtet. Sie wurde im Handelsregister der Stadt Köln unter der Geschäftsnummer HRB 924361 eingetragen.

Es wurden im Geschäftsjahr 2023 exklusive der Geschäftsführer durchschnittlich 19 Angestellte (Vorjahr 14) beschäftigt.
Die Geschäfte wurden während des Geschäftsjahres 2023 geführt von:
